Things I’m wishing for… #1!

Things I’m wishing for… #1!

Hello there, people of the Internet! I am so sorry I didn’t post yesterday- I was uber busy! Do you forgive me? Of course you do, so onto today’s post!

I’m just gonna throw something out there: I am the most bankrupt 12 year-old you’ll ever meet. Ever. For example; on Friday, in order to buy mizz magazine to get my latest fashion and celeb fix, my mum paid me while I did jobs round the house.

I hear you saying… “So what?” And, “I do that all the time!” Well, I’m lazy. Simple as that. I do help, but I’m just lazy.

Getting back onto topic… As I’m so bankrupt, the things that appear on this wish list are things that I will probably only get for Christmas, or I’ll get some money towards (one of) them.

Without further ado… Let’s welcome What I’m Wishing For… #1!

imageRed Doc Martens are a must-have this season! Although your feet may get a little (or a lot) sweaty, paired up with girly dresses, this will have the whole town jealous of your sense of style!

imageSpotty Satchel bags are essential for carrying lots of items; inside or out of school. The multiple amount of pockets make it easy to carry small items without the fear of them getting lost. The inside is rather big as well, giving you plenty of space to carry the larger items; folders, iPads, large heavy books…

Cute, youthful Floral Dresses. ‘Nuf said. image

imageAwesomely gorgeous Orange Zoobugs- extra stylish and awesome for keeping the suns rays out of your eyes; I’m loving the blue detail on the ears!

So there you have it! What I’m wishing for… #1, is finished! Until next time!

Lots of Love,

Blossom

Socks and Sandals- Yay or Nay?

Hello there, people of the Internet! Today is a very depressing day for me- it’s school tomorrow! At this very moment, I’m soaking up all the relaxation I can; basically, this means lounging in my bed, worrying about how I’m going to balance School, Play rehearsals, Gymnastic Competitions and Blogging! Don’t worry, I’ll figure out how to do it- somehow.

Anyway, today, I’m going to ramble on a bit about my #1 fashion pet peeve- Socks and Sandals! I believe wearing them together is worse than bungee-jumping with no rope.

ImageYesterday, my family had a BBQ, and all my cousins are boys- a natural recipe for disaster! I expected them to have a scrap whilst playing football- but alas! My (usually) adorable, 8 year old cousin, did the unthinkable- he wore Socks and Sandals!

Cue the dramatic gasp from the viewers reading this post…

When he showed up in that horrible combination, I felt like crying! My favourite cousin- in my pet peeve! As I marched over there to interrogate him, my brain was yelling “Stop!” And, “You’re making a huge mistake!”

Let me tell you why: my 8 year old cousin has adorable puppy dog eyes! Kinda like puss-in-boots off Shrek! He even fills his eyes with tears- how does he do it?

The ‘big mistake’ alarm in my head was blaring wildly, but I still went in for the kill! As I stood on the spot in front of him, he did the eyes! His eyes widened and filled with tears, his lower lip trembled- and I gave in. I couldn’t do it! I just couldn’t.

So, I went your opinion: Socks and Sandals- Yay or Nay? Comment below with your answer and #1 fashion pet peeve- the winner will be featured in next Sundays post!

Lots of Love,

Blossom xx

Flares, Tears and Jumping On Chairs!

Hello there, people of the Internet! Today is a very special day for two reasons. As some people may know, I follow an amazing blog: Tolly Dolly Posh Fashion!

1.

It is written by a 13 year-old girl- but you would never guess that! She is so well-informed and knows so much about fashion, you would think she’s a 23 year old professional fashion designer!

Image

The thing that has me jumping on chairs, singing to the heavens, is the Posh Fashion Awards are now open! There are great prizes up for grabs, so go check out more about that on her
Blog, which you can find here: http://tollydollyposhfashion.com/
2.

This is more of an achievement for me, but I’ve designed an outfit; here it is!

ImageI know it’s not very good or professional as Tolly’s, but for a first shot I think it turned out pretty well!

Here’s how I would price the outfits:

Collared Top: £8.

White Ripped Jeans: £14.

Platform Ankle Boots: £25.50

Pearl Necklace: £3.50

Not bad, eh? I must admit, I’m trying to make it more professional looking. Any ideas/apps/program’s there are to edit/make them more professional looking? Please share!

Lots Of Love,

Blossom xx

Style File Friday: Selena Gomez!

Now, we all know Selena Gomez; she can sing, she’s a great actress- she also has great style! Today, I’m going to be reviewing Selena Gomez’s sense of style!

This is a picture of Selena at the MTV Movie Awards- doesn’t she look fabulous?

ImageKitted out in a Julie MacDonald long-sleeved, gold fringed dress, and a pair of Jimmy Choo ‘Vibe’ peep-toe platform pumps, the American actress’s style has me crying out in joy.

Moving off the subject of her clothes, her hair is fabulously styled in a large Dutch Braid, down the back of her head. Her makeup- a dramatic smokey eye with natural lips- blends in greatly with the dress and shoes and ties the whole outfit together.

I’d give this stylish gal:

4 and a half stars!

Got any hot celeb looks you want me to review? Comment them below, and I’ll get to them as soon as possible!

Lots of Love,

Blossom xx
